1. Accepted Payment Methods

MONU PHARMACY® accepts the following payment options:

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateway providers.

2. Currency

All prices displayed on www.monupharmacy.com are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).

3. Product Pricing

• Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable GST and taxes are included or displayed during checkout, where required.
• Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the specified period.
• In case of any pricing error caused by technical issues or human error, MONU PHARMACY® reserves the right to cancel or revise the order after informing the customer.

4. Payment Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Successful payment authorization for prepaid orders.
• Prescription verification (for prescription medicines).
• Product availability confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp after successful order placement.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and eligible products. MONU PHARMACY® reserves the right to:

• Restrict COD for certain products or locations.
• Request advance payment for high-value orders.
• Refuse COD for repeated order cancellations or failed deliveries.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, bank authorization failure, technical issues, or payment gateway errors:

• Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
• If any amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway or your bank as per their timelines.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible:

• Online payment refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
• COD refunds will be transferred to the customer's registered bank account or UPI ID after verification.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

8. Transaction Security

Your payment security is important to us. MONU PHARMACY® uses secure payment gateways and encrypted connections to help protect payment transactions. We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or online banking credentials on our servers.

9. Billing & Tax Invoice

A digital tax invoice will be issued for every successful order and shared through email, WhatsApp, or your registered account where applicable. Please ensure that your billing details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

10. Additional Charges

Any applicable charges, including:

• Delivery Charges
• Express Delivery Charges (if applicable)
• Convenience Charges (if applicable)

will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. There are no hidden charges.

11. Promotional Offers & Discount Coupons

Discount coupons and promotional offers:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• May have expiry dates and minimum order requirements.
• Cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• May be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

MONU PHARMACY® reserves the right to cancel promotions in cases of misuse or fraud.

12. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, MONU PHARMACY® may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent. Additional identity or payment verification may be requested before processing certain orders.
